Cirencester Park to hold children's charity day
The Atlantic Polo Team will host the charity day and end-of-season party at the polo club
CIRENCESTER PARK WILL welcome local children's charities plus 50 young people to the club on Sunday 22 September for a charity day featuring two matches.
The day will be hosted by the Atlantic Polo Team – Henry Brett, James Glasson, Bobby Melville and Fergus Scholes – who will row the Atlantic later this year as part of the Talisker Whisky Atlantic Challenge.
The team is raising money for Hilton in the Community Foundation and Right to Play, both of which help disadvantaged children through sport and education, in the UK and around the world. A number of Hilton in the Community Foundation's local charity partners will attend the event, including Cancer Research and Amber Foundation.
The final of the Gouldsmith Bowl takes place at 3pm, followed by the Estancia San Miguel Trophy final at 4.30pm and the Cirencester Park end-of-season party beginning at 6.30pm. Tickets cost £20 in advance or £25 on the day. Contact Kim on 07768394660 for ticket enquiries.
