The Argentine spring season kicked off on Tuesday 9 September with the 60th Jockey Club Open at the Jockey Club in Buenos Aires. The tournament, which precedes The Argentine Triple Crown, sees six teams between 28 and 33 goals compete for a spot in the Final on Saturday 20 September.
The opening day saw wins for Pilot and La Hache with wins over La Irenita and La Aguada respectively; the action continued on Friday 12 September with wins for La Hache and Kazak.
The last league matches were played on Sunday 14 September with two matches: Kazak beat La Irenita 13-10 and Scone beat La Aguada 15-13.
This means that the Semi Finals on Wednesday 17 September will be played between Kazak vs Scone (1pm local time) and La Hache vs Pilot (3.30pm local time).
