The Terralpa Silver Cup titles were decided over the weekend at Ayala Polo Club, with Amanara successfully defending the High Goal crown, P1 Cars El Bambú claiming the Medium Goal title and Estancia Lamar lifting the Low Goal trophy.
Amanara retained the High Goal Silver Cup after overturning a three-goal deficit to defeat Dubai Polo 14-11 in a thrilling Final. Trailing 8-5 at halftime, Facundo Pieres inspired the comeback with a nine-goal performance as Amanara turned the match around in the fifth chukka before Teodoro Lacau sealed victory. Earlier in the day, La Dolfina Marqués de Riscal won the Copa Sotogrande, defeating Sainte Mesme 16-10.
In the Medium Goal, P1 Cars El Bambú edged Jolly Roger 12-11 after surviving a spirited comeback. Having led 9-4 at halftime, Carlos María Ulloa's side saw Jolly Roger draw level in the sixth chukka before Ulloa struck twice late on to secure the title.
The Low Goal Final produced another dramatic finish as Estancia Lamar ended Vamos Korea's unbeaten run with an 11-10 victory. Despite Bronze Cup winners, Vamos Korea leading for much of the contest, Estancia Lamar produced a strong finish over the final two chukkas to claim The Silver Cup.
