COWDRAY PARK HOSTED the finals of the Audi Pony Club Polo Championships yesterday (Sunday 12 August), where Cowdray Hunt took home the Gannon title for the sixth consecutive year. The two-goal team defeated Grafton Hunt – a five-goal side – by two goals, 7-5.
In the Loriner final, Bedale & West of Yore defeated Cotswold Hunt, 1-0. The Bedale side featured 17-year-old Angus Johnston who was undoubtedly the standout player on their team, scoring the all-important goal for his side.
