The United States Polo Association (USPA) has announced the dates and teams for the 2025 Gauntlet of Polo series which will see 11 teams up to 22 goals competing from 7 February – 20 April. The series will kick off with The C.V. Whitney Cup on 7 – 23 February, followed by The USPA Gold Cup (24 February – 23 March) and The U.S. Open Championship on 24 March – 20 April. Any team who wins all three tournaments will be crowned the Gauntlet of Polo champion. Scott Devon’s Catamount and Kelly Beal’s BTA will be returning to the series with Tomás Panelo (newly rated 10 goals in the US) playing for BTA – six 10 goalers will be competing in this year’s competition. La Dolfina, who made their debut in 2024 and won The U.S. Open won’t be returning for 2025 but Poroto and Adolfo Cambiaso will be playing for Catamount and Tamera respectively.
