The Open de France Féminin Underway

Opening wins for Augustinus Bader, Yves Delorme Polo Angels & La Monarquia Nipas

On Tuesday 17 September, The Open de France Féminin kicked off at Polo Club du Domaine de Chantilly with eight teams taking part in the tournament over 17 – 22 September. 

Players from 11 nations make this the most international Open de France Féminin yet with top players such as Lia Salvo, Hazel Jackson and Milly Hine going head-to-head. 

The opening matches yesterday saw wins for Augustinus Bader and Yves Delorme in Zone A and Polo Angels and La Monarquia Nipas in Zone B. 

The action continues today, Wednesday 18 September, with four more matches:

Zone A: Quinto Elemento vs Indias Polo Team & Yves Delorme vs Augustinus Bader

Zone B: Polo Angels vs La Monarquia Nipas Polo Team & Keelings vs Las Floreales

The Semi Finals are scheduled for Friday 20 September and the Final will be played on Sunday 22 September at 12pm (local time). 

The Open de France Féminin Teams:

Indias Polo Team (12): Delfina Rossi (0), Julia Rossi (0), Elena Venot (7) & Maria Laura Gimenez (4)

Las Floreales (14): Sophie Schmidt (3), Maike Hölty (4), Laura Fass (3) & Svenja Hölty (4)

Polo Angels (15): Nina Fruehauf (1), Lucie Venot (4), Pearl Venot (5) & Luisa Del Carril (5)

Augustinus Bader (15): Mendoza Houben (0), Paloma Lauro (3), Ambre Ploix (4) & Lia Salvo (8)

Keelings (16): Caroline Keeling (1), Siobhan Herbst (4), Ina Lalor (7) & Jemina Heffron (4)
