The Open de France Barnes and The Women's Open de France begin this week, with the two tournaments spread out over the next three weeks (4 – 22 September). The 16 goal Open de France Barnes will see 15 top players taking part including former winner Nico Pieres (with a handicap of 10), former finalists Alejandro Muzzio, Fran Elizalde and Diego Cavahagh, and Semi Finalists Guillermo Terrera and Jero Del Carril. 16 teams will compete in the 24th Barnes Open with players from seven different countries including the Netherlands, Sweden, Belgium, Italy, France, Great Britain and Argentina. In The Women's Open de France, three winners of The Women’s Argentine Open will be competing: Hazel Jackson, Lia Salvo and Izzy Parsons, with eight teams from seven countries competing in the tournament.
