Sun 6th Jun 2021Horace Laffaye Passes AwayThe Polo Encyclopaedia author
Horace Laffaye, the world-renowned polo historian, has sadly passed away. Horace changed professions, from being a surgeon to dedicating his life to all things polo, writing several important books on polo, including The Polo Encyclopaedia – a wonderful font of knowledge. Horaxce suffered from Alzheimer’s Disease, a cruel disease, especially for someone with such an encyclopaedic knowledge of the sport. Our thoughts are with his whole family at this sad time.
