Mon 10th May 2021Polo Times May Issue Out This Week!English season beginning
The May issue of Polo Times will be hitting your doorsteps this week and will hopefully be the last issue published while the UK is under the current Covid-19 restrictions (fingers crossed). With the English polo season on the cusp of getting underway for 2021, there are still questions on the restrictions and whether spectators will be allowed to attend this year. Nonetheless, this issue features a look at the teams entered into the English high goal season, which sees an impressive amount of teams entered as well as a promising number of British, grassroots players. This issue is full of American action, with their 2021 season at an end with the culmination of The World Polo League and Gauntlet of Polo. As ever, our Knowledge pages are filled with top tips for both players and ponies, looking at the best way to get the most out of your mental and physical health. Sadly, this issue also includes several obituaries, looking back on their contributions to polo has been interesting, although saddening to see the characters the polo community has lost.
