On Sunday 22 September, Marques de Riscal secured the 2019 Open de France and DS Automobiles SM claimed The Open de France Feminin at Polo Club Domaine de Chantilly. The day began with The Open de France Feminin Final between Hyatt Regency Chantilly and DS Automobiles SM. Crowds were treated to a thrilling match, which saw Lía Salvo decide the outcome in the final minutes with the final goal, to take the win 7-5 for DS Automobiles SM. Salvo was later named Most Valuable Player, whilst Profesora played by Alice Servaes was awarded Best Playing Pony. After lunch, with the rain clouds looming threateningly over the horizon, Marques de Riscal took to the field for The Open de France Final against Marquard Media. Despite this being their first Open de France Final, Marques de Riscal dominated from the outset and with a close 7-6 final score, they managed to take home the win. Marques de Riscal’s Santiago Cernadas was named Most Valuable Player and Mundana, played by Cernadas was awarded the Best Playing Pony.
