Polo Times Is Out TODAY!
June Issue of Polo Times
The June issue of Polo Times is out today, bursting at the seams with polo news, reports from across the polo world and features to whet your polo whistle. With the UK summer season upon us, we look at the upcoming Victor and Victrix Ludorum Series as play gets underway, as well as the UK high goal season, with reports from The Hai Air Prince of Wales Trophy and The Murus Sanctus Trippetts Challenge.
This season has started under a cloud of contention regarding the HPA’s updated helmet legislation for 2018. We delve into the subject in our Helmet Conflict feature, by Carolina Beresford, looking at the ins and out of the legislation and getting some feedback from some of the world’s greatest players. As usual, the latest issue will be the perfect accompaniment to your season, with news, reports and stories including:
Victor & Victrix Ludorum 2018 Guide
Helmet Conflict – Discussion on the 2018 ‘HelmetGate’
The Hai Air Prince of Wales
The Murus Sanctus Trippetts Challenge
Horse Sense with Adam Buchanan
RoR – Retraining of Racehorses
Royal Windsor Horse Show
La Martina Queen Elizabeth Queen Mother’s Centenary
All our traditional Club, Women's (including 5 mins with Rosie Ross), Military and Youth news from both home and abroad, including The Copenhagen Cup, as well as Bit Focus, Playing Tips with Rege Ludwig, Letters, Polodoc and Sidelines. Plus, we speak to the winners of Polo Times' Best Playing Pony rug awards to find out more about their winning ponies. Last but by no means least, is our Sidelines coverage of social events from across the country, social news in our Gossip pages and we find out more about Berkshire’s own Nacho Gonzalez in Passions. And, don't forget to turn to our What's On pages to find out where you need to be this June.
