June is jam-packed with polo playing and spectating opportunities for all the family and Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 June are no exception. Polo Times has put together a mini guide for this weekend. The Gloucestershire Festival of Polo & Country Fair, Beaufort Polo Club This year’s Festival sees a new programme for matches, with a mix of Charity, International and Celebrity games. Saturday 18 June will see The Maserati Charity Polo Trophy and Beaufort International Test Match between Piaget Young England and Young Ireland, followed by the Jack Wills Afterparty. On Sunday, the Jockeys vs Olympic Legends Polo Match will include a line-up of AP McCoy, Richard Dunwoody, Marcus Armytage and John Francome for the Jockeys, whilst the Olympic Legends feature Zara Philips, Laura Tomlinson, Victoria Pendleton and Heather Fell. Sunday’s schedule will also include the Final of The Javier Novillo Astrada U15 Cup. Tickets are now only available on the gate: £15 per adult and children under 12-years-old go free. The East Anglian Air Ambulance Norfolk Polo Festival, Norfolk Polo Club Now in its sixth year and firmly established in the East Anglian social calendar, the EAAA Norfolk Polo Festival is a great day out for all the family. Four polo matches each day including the Counties Cup, free kid’s entertainment, exclusive shopping, great food and bar and a free after party from 7pm on Saturday night in the VIP marquee. The advance ticket sales shop is now closed, however general admission festival tickets can be purchased at the gate on the day at £10 per adult (cash only). For more information click here. The Warwickshire Cup and Kings Head Women’s International, Cirencester Park Polo Club On Saturday 18 June Cirencester players will be showcasing polo at Celtic Manor with two games. On Sunday the home grounds of the Club play host to the Final of the Warwickshire Cup between Britannia El Remanso and Black Bears before England take on Argentina in the Kings Head Women’s International.
